Alloy cap is developed by utilizing an aluminum alloy material with fine machinery performance. The combination of an alloy cap and a low friction sliding material, featuring low wear and friction coefficient, can considerably improve the rotation capacity as well as the service life of bearings. The manufacturing of the alloy caps is easier than the steel ones, and the corrosion protection, obtained with anodic oxidation greatly increases the corrosion resistance and the lifetime. This product is applied to bridge structures with extremely severe requirements on corrosion protection, including cross-sea bridges and coastal city highways.
