WMMP has more than 1,800 pieces of various mechanical equipment, including more than 600 metal cutting machine tools, and more than 300 large-sized key heavy-duty and CNC machining equipment. Its machining capability ranks among the top in China. It has the capability of machining and general assembling and testing long axis, deep hole, plane, and space curved surface, such as eight-axis five-linkage CNC floor type boring and milling machine, five-axis five-linkage horizontal machining center, seven-axis four-linkage CNC floor type boring and milling machine, four-axis four-linkage horizontal machining center, five-axis four-linkage CNC floor type boring and milling machine, CNC movable vertical lathe and milling machine with maximum machining diameter of 16m, CNC gantry milling machine with maximum machining diameter of 4.5m, CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine with maximum machining length of 18m, and CNC vertical lathe with maximum machining diameter of 2.5m.

2 / Inspection & Measuring Ability

WMMP has two nationally recognized laboratories, equipped with advanced testing equipment such as high-precision three coordinate measuring machine(German Brown & Sharpe), multi-functional measuring instrument (German Mahr), laser tracker (American API), universal hydraulic testing machine, automatic test recorder, micro alignment telescope, universal tool microscope, particle analyzer and flaw detector. It has the capabilities of measuring geometric parameters such as the size and shape of parts, conducting the physical and chemical inspection and analysis of materials, and processing various special materials.
