High Strength Anchor Rod

The high strength anchor rod is produced in such way that designed thread is machined at both ends of the heat treated round steel with mechanical property of the finished bolt not less than grade 10.9, which is in combination of nut, stop nut, washer and rain cap for the anchorage system. With the advantage of high machining precision, easy for installation and large bearing capacity, triangular thread is usually adopted for high strength rod. If required, The high strength anchor rod shall be stretched by tensioner according to the required preload during its installation. Hirun can fulfill the design for rod not larger than M39 according to GB/T3098 standard, as well as the special design for rod larger than M39. The product can be applied to bridges and wind power installation structures.
