Lock-up Device

Lock-up device is a special damper for velocity switch with energy dissipation to a certain extent. For slow movements the device generates a negligible reaction. Only in case of earthquake or strong wind with relative velocity larger than the designed one, lock-up device is activated for locking beam and pier to restrain horizontal displacements. The axial load normally varies from 500kN to 12000kN, and can be designed for higher demand. This product can be applied to bridge structures.

The approval and certificate of Hirun lock-up device includes CE certificate in conformity to EN15129.
