High Damping Rubber Bearing

High-damping rubber bearings consist of upper and lower connecting steel plates, high-damping rubber, and stiffening steel plates. They utilize the hysteresis loss properties of high-damping rubber to achieve seismic isolation. When the structure moves, the viscoelasticity and damping properties of the rubber reset the structure, absorbing seismic energy and mitigating its effects. High-damping rubber bearings offer high vertical bearing capacity with minimal vertical deformation, high horizontal displacement under earthquakes, and low horizontal stiffness, significantly increasing the structural vibration period. They can be used in bridges, buildings, and any other civil engineering structure.

The company's high damping rubber bearings have obtained CE certification.

Typical cases of the company's high-damping rubber bearing applications include:

Brunei's Temburong Cross-sea Bridge, Pakistan's PKM Expressway, Yunnan's Molin Expressway, etc.
