Uplift spherical bearing is the combination of a normal spherical bearing and an anti-uplift structure, enabling the transfer and support of uplift and compression forces, to reduce the consequence of unbalanced loads or vertical earthquake etc. They act as normal bearings under the vertical compression force while the anti-uplift structure is activated under tension forces. It features compact structure, flexible rotation with small radius and high durability, suitable for alternating load effect. This product can be applied to bridge and buildingstructures.
